            Description

            Add/Edit Contact and Import should 'optionally' do a lookup of lat/long for each contact address (based on postal code) and write to address.geo_code_1/_2

            This implementation only for US addresses (and possibly Canada) [TBD based on service interface].

            Feature should be enabled/disabled via config file setting: CRM_LOOKUP_GEO_CODE (so folks can turn it off if not using it).
