Description
Using SVN version, importing a Yahoo CSV export with some Last Name columns the importer used the last name of the contact 2 rows previous (not the row preceding the contact without a last name entered in the CSV but the contact 1 before that). For example:

Bob Jones
Steve Jobs
Bill
Entered a contact "Bill Jones" into the DB
