CRM-2707 Add Search-results style drop down to CiviMail Report lists

The lists of contacts provided by CiviMail's Report (e.g., bounces, unsubscribes, etc) should include the same drop down that appears on lists in other Components, like search results. Thus you could "Batch Update by Profile", etc. I also recommend adding an option for these screens to "Put E-mail Address ON HOLD."

Use Cases:
Some clients want to put all bounces on hold, not just 'Invalid Address' type bounces.
Or, a user might want to add all contacts who responded to a mailing to a certain group.
