Avoid using translated strings in conditional logic in PHP code ..

For some strange stupid decision by me, we use things like 'Street Address' to drive some decisions whether to display or not. we should use the db field name (street_address) as the values in the option group pairs to make it independent of language. we'll need to fix the various option groups for preferences for this
