Profile Listings - Allow fields with Public visibility to be included in selectors (i.e. as a listing column)

            Description

            Currently we require that a field have "Public User Pages and Listings" visibility in order to be included in the Listings "Selector". This is problematic because it doesn't make sense for some fields to be "clickable" on the profile View pages.

            Modify the form rule to allow "In Selector" with either "Public User Pages" or "Public User Pages and Listings" visibility settings.
