CRM-2894 Manage Contribution Pages

            Description

            I am trying to create a contribution page via the wizard. "Click here to create a new contribution page using the step-by-step wizard."
            The title wont allow åäö it is complaining about "page title can not be longer than 255 characters and must consist of letters, numbers, spaces and simple punctuation". In other words nothing about the åäö.
            And it should work with åäö!!!

            I have created membership types with åäö and it seems to work.

                Its the title rule which is messing things up:

                line 74 of CRM/Contribute/Form/ContributionPage/Settings.php

                I suspect removing it is not a bad idea
