            Mailing got delivered to unsubscribed members of smart group.
            Steps to reproduce.
            1. create a smart group with 4 or 5 contacts.
            2. send a civimail to smart group.
            3. unsubscribe 1 or 2 contacts from smart group.
            4. repeat step 2.
