CiviEvent Dashboard -- loads slow (bad queries being generated)

The CiviEvent Summary/Dashboard page loads uncharacteristically slow, frequently timing out on page load.

Due to some protocol changes and a function not being updated, we were retrieiving all address / email / phones / im which basically slowed things down a lot. Added a check to ensure we dont do this at all
