CiviMail unsubscribe link should be optional

While including a functioning opt-out opportunity in e-mails is mandatory in many jurisdictions, offering an unsubscribe opportunity for an individual mailing group often isn't.

You therefore should not have to include an unsubscribe link in your mailing - just an opt-out link.
