CRM-3103 Contact Matching does not properly match dates

            Description

            Importing contacts with

            • contact matching set to First_Name AND Last_Name And Birth_Date

            and options set to

            • matching contacts: update

            Fails to match contacts and creates duplicate contacts instead.

            I used the attached file to verify this on the demo.

                We're switching contact matching to the new dedupe mechanism for 2.1. I'll make sure it works properly for the mentioned case before resolving this issue.

                Fixed with porting to the new dedupe engine and making sure it works in r14759.
