Add service provider for IM name to import functionality

There is no "service provider" field option when you import. If I am importing IM names, it would be good to also import what service provider goes with what IM name. Would also be good to have this option on export.

Example: my IM name is "emily" and my service provider is "AIM".

RIght now you can import IM name only.
