My current data set has check boxes. In our current format each checkbox counts as a different field. For example:

That would be 4 different fields. But CiviCRM handles checkbox type information as one multi-part field. So the above data would be considered one field with four options. How then do I import data stored as separate fields into CiviCRM's one multi-part field?
