State field missing from domain.address token

            Description

            The state field is not included when the domain.address token is included in emails.

            Unable to replicate on 2.1 sandbox –
            The html/text preview appears to not be working correctly, and it seems the actual mailing functions are turned off (unable to send email to myself).
