Description
1) when you manage events, it's nice to be able to filter per registration date (to see who's new)
I would be great to have that directly on the participant list:
/civicrm/event/search?q=civicrm/event/search&force=1&crmSID=1_d
2) For paid events, it would be great on the top/ instead of the Fee Level to have the total (and display the sum at the bottom of the table)

P.S. Lobo, what's the Civicrm version I should choose to minimise your work ? I do tend to use the current stable one 2.0, but you seem to affect it to 2.1, what would you like me to choose ?

all non-trivial issues are now being pushed back to 2.2. we need to start closing issues and get 2.1 out of the door 
Ok, as the reporters can't set the fix version/s field (and as I'm not competent enough to know if it's a non-trivial issue) ,
I'll report it the same way, and I'll try to set the priority according to that (eg if I hope it for 2.1, i'll put trivial, otherwise, put a lower priority)
First point (Register Date) has been fixed in r17145. For second point (Total) you should consider using "Custom Search" feature.
