Implement internal name column for relationships so that the labels can be changed without affecting code operations

Currently some code operations are reliant on relationship labels (e.g. Employee of, Household Member ...). We need to implement an internal name which can be used in code - so that user displayed labels can be modified without breaking / losing functionality.
