notes imported to Contact?s Note tab come as ?Array?

1. Create a simple CSV file with First Name, Last Name and Note columns
2. Import this into ?main? (i.e., not Custom) Note tab

The imported strings end up as an Array entry, instead of the strings? contents.

Note: This is broken in the opposite way that CRM-340 is ? notes imported to Custom Fields of type Note do work properly.
