CRM-3440 contribution_type_id not getting set with PayPal IPN for recurring payments

            Description

            When PayPal sends an IPN for a recurring payment, contribution_type_id isn't getting set, even though it's in the GET part of the IPN request. All of the other data is there, but this causes the entire contribution to now show up in the web interface. I would imagine that the attached patch would fix this issue, though I haven't verified it to work.

                Sorry, in the description I say "causes the entire contribution to now show up," but of course I meant to say "not" instead of "now."
