Hide "Save and Preview" button when Contribution Widget check box is not enabled

            Description

            The "Save and Preview" button on the Contribution Widget settings page may be confusing. The form has "Save and Preview", "Save", "Cancel". Unless the Widget is enabled though, the two Save's do exactly the same thing (since the preview doesn't occur on a disabled Widget).

            'Save and Preview" should only be visible when the widget is enabled.
