I also populated db with 60 new prefix phone umbers of countries and founded 2 countries to correct in db

I attach here the 3 tpl files with changes done, and added the button image for the contact edit page

I'm not a developer, so I hope someone in this team will take care of this code and will adjust it for stable future versions of civicrm
