Description

Modify code tree and add classes to elevate Case to "full component" status.

Component will have a dashboard ("CiviCase" top level menu item), one "child" menu -> "Find Cases"

Related tasks:

Enable Component included "CiviCase"
Case tab (in contact/view), and Advanced Search "Case" pane are not displayed if CiviCase is not enabled (independent of site preferences)
