CiviCase - Design XML Structure for Case Review Output

The current plan is to create an XML dump of case and activity data when the user requests a "Report". Dump contents will be based on:

• the Named Activity Set they select

• choice to include ALL Activities or only Missing / Incomplete Activities

• choice to redact client and service provider information in the output (replaced with hash of their database ID's)
