            Description

            Add show / hide behavior to "Allow Online Registration?" checkbox in Online Registration screen for New Event / Configure Event (CRM/Event/Form/ManageEvent/Registration.php). All fields / fieldsets should be hidden if checkbox is false (which is the default for New Event).
