'Bcc' fields on the contribution pages behave like 'Cc'

            Description

            The 'Bcc' receipt email on contribution pages has the strange behaviour of causing the specified email addresses to be included like visible Cc addresses, but listing the address row as 'Bcc' in my email program.

            For example, on a contribtion form with Bcc = info@org.org, chris_mott@me.ca, submitted by donor@me.ca would result in the following header being sent to donor@me.ca. I have no idea how the 'Bcc' field can be visibly shown in mail.
