BCC field can be viewed by the recipient in the TO field

            Description

            When you send a simple mail message with CiviCRM, if you put an address in the BCC field, this hidden address can be viewed by the recipient in the TO field.
            If this bug is from the PEAR Mail module (and already has several years) I believe it would better hide this BCC option in order to avoid sticky situations (probably will exists a good reason by which the sender has tried to hide this address).

            Reproduced in CiviCRM 4.5 with Drupal 7.7
