Displays the country in the relationships tab

Two patches:

1) One that add the country on the relationship (please integrate it, as it is fetched anyway, and pretty harmless to pass to the template, even if not displayed, so we can use it in a custom template if we wish).

2) a modified template that displays the country
(can leave in my custom template if you don't want it, but please apply 1), so I don't have to patch the php)

(as an extra bonus, the mail is now clickable)

Q: Why can't we apply an action to the related contacts (as a result of the search). Could be nice to mail all the guys in the household/employee of the organisation X....
