Some service providers need an easy way to add activities to a case when they are "in the field". We will provide a mechanism to do this via email:
- User sends email to case+case_id@civicase.physicianhealth.com
- CiviCRM supplied script will retrieve and process emails from that (wild-carded) mailbox;
o Parse email for Case ID and verify that FROM (sender) has a current "relationship" to that case
o Insert activity record for that case. Email subject => Activity subject
o A generic activity type ("Inbound Email") will be assigned unless the email message includes a valid activity type in the first line
