CRM/Contact/Form/Merge.tpl has unclosed div, breaks page layout big time

            Description

            The "action-link" div at the top of the Merge.tpl file for "Flip between original and duplicate contacts" is never closed. It breaks layouts.

            I've attached the fixed template. I don't know the standards for submitting patches to CiviCRM, so I apologize for not being correct about it.
