      Description

As noted by Dave J in this forum post:

      http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,3215.msg26147.html#msg26147

"... the phrasing "Use SQL OR" is extremely poor from a user-interface point of view."

      Replace this field label with:
"Check to match ANY; uncheck to match ALL" for checkboxes
"Select to match ANY; unselect to match ALL"

also clarift the searc results text ("qill") to show "(match ANY)" or "(match ALL)" instead of the cryptic "( AND )" and "( OR )".
