UpdateMembershipRecord script assumes Pending, Canceled status

In bin/UpdateMembershipRecord.php lines 123-4 it is assumed that there are rows in civicrm_membership_status with primary keys 5 and 6 representing status Pending resp. Canceled. Although the expected values are installed from civicrm_data.mysql, they do not have is_reserved=1, so nothing prevents them from being deleted by the site administrator.
