Import doesn't work on standalone

            Description

            When importing with the standalone version (at least with the SQL query source, probably CSV too), you get no progress updates and eventually an error shows up (on Firefox, on Safari it never does). A PDF of the page showing the error message is attached. It says, "We encountered an unknown error in setError: Error: Unable to load
            index.php?q=civicrm/import/contact status:500" It takes several minutes to get this error, during which no progress is reported.

            So this could be an error with Firefox (Mac) and Safari (also Mac) only. I haven't tested it with other browsers.
