            Description

            For Drupal:

            Drupal Admin >> User Settings and set "Only site administrators can create new user accounts." under Public Registrations. This removed Drupal's "Create Account" link for anonymous visitors.

            For Joomla:

            Site >> Global Configuration >> System >> User Settings >> Allow User Registration [NO]

            For above scenarios we should also hide user creation option via profile.
