Import error report doesn't use the Import / Export Field Separator as set in Global settings > Localization

Since 2.1 you can choose the Import / Export Field Separator in Global settings > Localization. (nice and useul option!)
It works fine for the export functions I used so far.
But the error-report (csv-file) generated when importing contacts doesn't take this option in account. There, civicrm always use a , (komma)
(and maybe there are other reports who generate .csv as well and don't use this option???)
I tested this on the actual sandbox 2.2 beta. (11.02.09)
