Profile Search tpl doesn't include intro/outro text fields

The template file for profile search doesn't include the pre_help and post_help (intro/outro) text fields. This is confusing to the end user, who would complete those fields in the config and expect them to be visible.

I think the rationale for excluding those was that a profile may be multi-purposed, and your intro text for a profile-search would be different than if used for a profile-create.

I think it's better to include the intro/outro text in the page, and let the user work out the implications for multi-use profiles (duplicate the profile, etc).

Note that the fields are currently visible to the template, but are duplicated within each field array (e.g. $fields.first_name.groupHelpPre, $fields.last_name.groupHelpPre), which they should not be (they are not field-specific but profile-specific). So that will need to be fixed.
