Checkbox field preview not sorted properly, looks awfull

Create a custom data field as a list of checkboxes and then preview. If you create them out of alphabetical order but assign them all the same weight, they should be ordered alphabetically but are not. They are also displayed in one long horizontal list on the page rather than a vertical list as one would expect. This is probably fixable via CSS, but that should be already included, and the order issue is definately a bug.
