            Description

            hook_civicrm_customFieldOptions should get a reference to $form so that options can be conditionally altered based on the form the field appears in.

                i asked tom to file this issue before investigating further

                the goal of the hook was to "extend" the custom options for all use cases and not / form. also those are used for different pages and search which will not have one specific context.

                so its a bit hard currently, hence wont fix
