            Description

            I'm not sure if this is just the help text needs improving or a bug but on

            http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/mailing/send

            it says "Please provide either a Text or HTML formatted message - or both."

            But if you ONLY type in the html box then you get :

            "Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:

            • Please provide either a Text or HTML formatted message - or both." with a red line around the text field until you fill in the text field
