CaseType configuration: <ActivityType><status> not working

      Description

      Setting <status> in the CaseType configuration file to an activity status name does not result in the activity being created with that activity status.

      To reproduce:
      1) Create configuration file with <status> set to "Completed"
      2) Open a new case
      3) Activity status is set to "Scheduled", not "Completed"
