Description
The state/provence field remains labled 'State/Province' on contribution pages, regardless of what I set it's name to in the include profile. I have reproduced this on demo, where I renamed the field to 'County' on this include profile:

Yet it still displays as 'State/Province' on the contribution page here:
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&action=preview&id=1
