civicrm_price_set_entity table refers to 'civicrm_event_page'

After the upgrade to 2.2.0, the civicrm_price_set_entity table includes references to 'civicrm_event_page' in the entity_table column.

These references need to be changed to 'civicrm_event', and the entity_id column set to the id of the event which corresponds to the (now deleted) event-page. A procedure should also be developed that can be followed by people who have already upgraded.
