Group-based Permissions are not Checking Removed Status

If you have removed a contact from the 'MyGroup', other members with the 'view contacts in MyGroup' permission can still find/view the removed contacts from the search screen.

Evidently, the 'view contacts in group...' permission is not checking the group_contact.status value. Permission to view contacts in the group should only apply if status = Added.
