When there is more than page of mailings in CiviMail, clicking next to see the second page gives you a "no sent or scheduled" message instead

This is a new bug that appeared when we updated our instance to the 2.2.1 release revision. Now, when you click Next to see the second page of mailings in CiviMail (from the default page you get after clicking the CiviMail menu item), you get this erroneous message instead of the second page of mailings (the first page clearly indicates there are 96 mailings and there is a page 2):

There are no Scheduled or Sent Mailings. You can create and send one OR you can search the Archived Mailings.
