Allow to add new Case Role as per contact type of client.

      Description

      Currently add new/ assign existing case roles contact auto-complete does not support contacts other than individual under Manage Case.

      Ideally all case role assignment auto-complete should support all contact types according to relationship type.

      This patch will allow user to add organization as a client in CiviCase.
      Even with this patch you can add organization in Add Case/Manage case .
      Individual -->Organization, and Organization - >Organization will work.
