Deceased contacts are shown in the "Assign Contact" select list

When I am creating a new activity, the select list for "Assign Contact" shows deceased contacts as well as living. It should only show the living. We have no members who can communicate with the dearly departed.

The "involving " select list shows everyone too, but in that case it is the correct behavior. ( Someone may be assigned to freshen the grave site of the deceased person )
