resource url with a different domain - no tabs showing on contact record

            Description

            When you use a static file server to serve the resource url, the tabs at the top of the contact record editing pages don't show up.

            My guess is that this is an issue with the javascript security model - some javascript will fail if it's invoked from a different domain.

            I've tested this on 2.2.5 and 2.0.6, so i'm assuming it's likely been an issue in between as well.
