Go to /civicrm?reset=1
Click on a menu from the new CiviCRM drop-down menu bar, e.g. Contacts
Click on an item from that drop-down menu, e.g. New Individual
Result:

Lightbox2's "missing image" image comes up in a lightbox style, with the page below greyed out. See attached image, civi-lightbox-fight.png .
