Error reports stay on screen after navigating away from original display URL

      Description

      I entered a test contribution and selected to send a contribution receipt to the donor. I got the standard error message after saving that the email would not send because my mail server was not configured.

      I then entered a test pledge for the same record. The error message appear on the pledge entry screen. But, when I saved the pledge, the message was still present above the contact record.

      As a third test I tried to add an activity record and the error message was present at the top of the contact record after this as well.

      I am not sure if this is a bug, but it is confusing to see the same error message after completing three different tasks that did not generate that error.
