Drilling down on case dashboard cells shows wrong number of cases when showing My Cases

Go to the case dashboard and make sure it is showing "My cases" only and click on one of the total numbers in the summary of case involvement table at the top. It will come back with more records than it said.

On sandbox there might be a configuration issue since it always comes back with no records found.
