Country Data Import Hangs

Confirmed on demo site with the attached files.

First import the names to create the contacts, with an external identifier.

Then import the country data, which is matched via external modifier.

On the demo, it hangs at 93& during the import. On client's 3.0.1 install, we hang after step two of the wizard.
