Include Merge link(s) on Edit Contact form when duplicates are detected

There is not a way to manually merge two contacts (on a per-field basis).

We should provide a link to allow user to merge contacts from Contact Edit record -> check for matching contacts.

Also reformatting the display of duplicate suspects to use a table layout with View | Edit | Merge links.
