Description
When the first character of a imported contact cell contains UTF-8 Central Europen Character (like Ž, ž, Č, č, Š,...), then this character ist left out and ignored.
This has NOT been a problem in CiviCRM 3.0.beta3!!!!!
I'm attaching sample file for testing
and a picture showing the problem in CiviCrm 3.0.1 and Sandbox CiviCRM 24305.
